We went to tour my great grand parents house after my mother's furneral.

The story is that Jesse James gave my grandfather a diamond to dig an escape tunnel under his house in case the police came. My grandfather checked to see if the diamond was real by marking the window pane in his house. Here you can see what looks like J uly. Up above this was his name and on the other side of the window was P H Hill. I remember my dad telling me that he also started adding his name but got caught and didn't get to finish the R. He must have started with his last name first. He was 10 years old when his grand father died.

Raymond and I went to the Abilene Zoo and saw these Flamingos fighting. Who knew these birds would be so interesting.
